Lost Kitty
Just to let you all know Beth has been dealing with a lot of pain in her sholder, neck and arm. so she has not been able to do much. I have been dealing with a lot of packing, back pain, and being sick. Well I am still sick but thought I better come give all you great folks a new freebie.
As most people know my babies re my kitties. I love them to death. Well my grand daughter was helpping me pack Tuesday and Wednesday. We cleaning out one storage closet. What we did not know was that my Roo got into the closet. The next day I eaither spent in the bed, in a staff meeting or out buying a new bed. It was not until Friday that I realized my baby was missing. We had to tear apart the whole down stairs to try to find here. Right now the down stairs looks like a wear house there are so many boxes down there. After an hour or so of searching we found out where is was. The next problem was getting her down from where she was. Some how she had gotten up into the rafters between the first and second floor. I managed to get a hold of her and as I was pulling her out of where she was I had 50 years of dirty falling in my face. My poor baby was scared to death. She snuggled with mommy all night last night and now she won't let mommy out of her sight. This is my little Roo.
Did I promise you all a freebie? Well, I found some pieces that we did not use in our Prima Ballerina kit. So I am giving them to you all as a gift.

I was so tired last night that I did not get all my dailys and I forgot to give you yours. Please forgive me. With all my packing and cleaning, as well as being the Golden Diva, trying to scrap. Then getting told at last minute that I needed to make 4 bonuses for tomorrow, (wonder who did that one, Beth) I have just been over my head in stuff to do, my back killing me from the cleaning
so here is your Gone. I will leave it up a little bit longer.

Golden Diva
On Saturday night I was made Golden Diva on The daily Scrap. So what does that mean? It means that fellow scrappers voted my Layout the best for the week on the wall of fame chat. So what I get to do is play all week instead of work. I get as many kits free all week as I can scrap. I have done 10 Layouts so far. But while I am playing Beth still has to work. What does that mean for all of you. It means that she has a mini kit she is making and everyday you will get a piece of it. So while I am here talking to all you nice folks she is working on your freebie.
Back to Roo we go, with her taking over my bed. But she so cute how can I help but let her. She does love to snuggle.
Now here is Aunt Jenny catching JaCoya having fun when she was suppose to be doing homework. LOL Poor kid, she can't win. Got her Aunt Jenny and her Nana both making sure the homework gets done.
The kit Creamsicle was used on this Layout. But I must admit even if I don't care for bright colors myself, this kit went perfect with that photo.
This Layout is of my oldest brother who has passed away. These are 2 of the very few photo that there are of him.
The kit Simply Spring: Sky was used on this Layout. I love the shade of blue that is in this kit and thought it went well with these photos.
This last Layout for this morning is of my brother Leslie. Growing up he was always a spoiled brat. Oh did I fail to say I grew up on a farm. And yes that is a barn in the background. It is also our Shetland pony that is in the Layout. Dad got it for us when we was small because we was to little to ride the big horse, and he thought this one would be just the right size for us.
I really liked this kit for these photos. It is called Yard Duty and boy did you have more than yard duty living on a farm. More like Barn, field and yard duty. LOL
Alright we now have a preview of the kit you will be getting free this week and a link to part one.
The first Layout is my cat Roo, she is such a sweet heart.
I Used Azalea Breeze on this Layout.
Next we have my granddaughter Jacoya. she was playing around while she was suppose to be doing homework. Sound like a 9 year old to me.
This one is of my my mom, my dad, my middle sister, my youngest brother and myself. the photo was taken in about 1969

I used the kit Rich Rose on this Layout. The colors in the kit went so perfect with the photo.
This photo was taken in the mid 1960's. This was our whole family, mom, dad and all 5 of us kids.

Thought we should start a blog
We thought we should start a blog. We will do our best to keep you up to date on what we are doing and have some freebies for you once in a while. I want you to know that my partner, Beth, is a slave driver. While she has me working she is off playing somewhere. She has me up until all hours of the night working then complains when I'm not up at the crack of dawn. One of the new things we have been working on is a kit called a touch of color. I do have a preview of that for you.
This kit uses my new style "stainless steal". I could never find a silver finish I liked so I made ne myself. Took a lot to get the coloring right. But I'm happy with it. I am really a PSP user but have PSCS2 also. Beth on the other hand is a PSE user. So between the two of us we can do most things. There are thing that each program can do better than the other. I make my beads in CS2 but I make my strings of beads in PSP. I can string them without distorting them a lot faster in PSP than you can in CS2. Well, she thinks I have gone to lay down for a nap. She has no idea I am posting this today. By the way, I can't spell so you my have to translate what I say. LOL
